We run these DPP change programs for leadership teams and boards in three different versions: One Company Programs, Multi Industry Executive Programs and Individual White Glove Executive Programs.

One Company Programs include participants from the board, the leadership team as well as top talent employees in a combination of group and individual coaching to advance digital leadership across functions and geographies.

Multi Industry Executive Programs include carefully selected participants to ensure a well balanced group of executives from different non-competing industries. The program allows our participants to learn in a safe, individual environment yet to benefit and contribute to a group of individuals with similar digital ambitions.

Individual White Glove Executive Programs include high touch executive coaching to build and retain a proactive, digital thought leader role in a safe environment. The program is limited to a few, selected individuals over the duration of 3-6 months.
