We run these change programs for leadership teams and boards in three different versions: One Company Programs, Multi-Industry Executive Programs and Individual White Glove Executive Programs.
One Company Programs include participants from the board, the leadership team as well as top talent employees in a combination of group and individual coaching to advance digital leadership across functions and geographies.
Multi-Industry Executive Programs include carefully selected participants to ensure a well balanced group of executives from different non-competing industries. The program allows our participants to learn in a safe, individual environment yet to benefit and contribute to a group of individuals with similar digital ambitions.
Individual White Glove Executive Programs include high touch executive coaching to build and retain a proactive, digital thought leader role in a safe environment. The program is limited to a few, selected individuals over the duration of 3-6 months.
